Backwash filter Main uses and scope of application Backwash filter is a kind of excellent, easy to operate filter device, widely used in hydraulic system main inlet pipeline emulsion filtration. The backwashing filter is composed of a valve body, a stainless steel core, a blowdown part and a washing operator handle device. When the filter works, the emulsion to be filtered enters the valve inlet, flows through the filter element, and enters the hydraulic system inlet pipeline through the outlet, and the particle impurities in the emulsion are intercepted. When the particle impurities need to be discharged, rotate the hand 90 degrees in a single direction and discharge it from the sewage outlet. After the filter element is cleaned, the rotating hand will return the device to the original filtration condition, and the system will operate normally. Backwash filter is an indispensable treatment means in the purification process of the emulsion in the hydraulic system, which is used to intercept the impurities in the emulsion to purify the emulsion and protect the normal operation of other hydraulic components in the system. The advantage of the valve is that the filter part can be cleaned without disassembly, and the liquid supply is uninterrupted.
